  Since 1988, David Lyles' extensive portfolio of construction experience includes luxury custom homes, semi-detached townhomes, single-family communities and commercial/retail properties. The Lyles family has a long-standing tradition in the Hagerstown business community. In 1946 David’s grandfather purchased Supreme Concrete Block Company. After its sale in 1965, David’s father established the real estate development facet of the business emphasizing commercial, single family, multi-family and upscale rental units. Over the years, he has transferred control of the development company to David. At present David Lyles and his team are a driving force in Washington County’s building community.
